Savory Herb, Bacon and Tomato French Toast

Ingredients

• 3 ½ cup(s) milk
• 8 eggs
• 1 tomato - chopped
• Salt and pepper
• ½ cup(s) grated colby jack cheese, more to sprinkle on top if desired
• ½ cup(s) grated swiss cheese, more to sprinkle on top if desired
• 1 tablespoon(s) fresh tarragon - snipped

• • 3 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley - chopped
  • 3 scallions - chopped
  • 8-10 slices thick white bread
  • Butter to grease dish
  • 8 slices bacon - fried
