Savory Parmesan Shortbread Rounds

Ingredients

• ¾ cup(s) parmesan cheese or asiago cheese
• 1 ¾ cup(s) flour
• 4 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese or asiago cheese for topping
• 1 pinch(s) cayenne pepper
• 1 cup(s) unsalted butter - chilled and cut into ½ inch cubes
• 1 clove(s) garlic - minced
• 1 teaspoon(s) salt
