Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil, or to taste
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes
