Savory Sweet Potato Turnovers

Ingredients

  • egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • green onions, chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic
  • 2 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 can sweet potato in heavy syrup, drained
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    • 1 tbsp. parsley
    • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
