Savory Tilapia & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 7 tilapia fillets (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 4 white pearl onions
  • 6 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
  • ¾ Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

1 Defrost filets if frozen. 2 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 3 Melt butter in dish and lay filets in deep dish pan. 4 Pour butter over filets and add mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. 5 Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese over fish. 6 Add as much Parsley as you desire. 7 I do not add salt and its ...
