Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeño chile

    • 2 large oranges

    • 1 pound sea scallops, chopped
