Scallop Ceviche
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeño chile
- 1 pound sea scallops, chopped
- 2 large oranges
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 avocado, cubed
