Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butterscotch morsels
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 5 cookie sheets)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
    • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350°.Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, and level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients (flour through baking powder), stirring with a whisk.
