Scrambled Eggs and Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes


  • 2 t olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 c cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
  • 2 sprig thyme
  • ½ t sea salt, divided
  • Dash of white pepper
  • 2 T butter
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 8 eggs
    • 3 T heavy cream
    • 4 thick slices rustic sourdough bread, lightly toasted
    • Chives, finely chopped for garnish
