Scrumptious Apple Pie

Ingredients

• Jarred caramel topping, vanilla ice cream
• ½ cup chopped pecans
• ½ (15-oz.) package refrigerated piecrusts
• ½ cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 7 cups peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples (about 5 medium)
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon salt, divided
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
