  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 (5 to 6-ounce) sea bass filets, about ¾-inch thick
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup prepared basil pesto
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
