Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon shallot
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

    • ¾ cup corn
    • ½ pound plum tomatoes
    • ½ cup 1% milk
    • 30 large sea scallops , tough muscle removed from side of each if necessary
