  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1/16 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
  • 3 egg whites

Combine sugar and water in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and bring to a boil. Remove cover.
