  • 1 large avocado
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 1 6-ounce ahi tuna steak
  • 1 serrano chile or jalapeño chile
  • 3 ½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
