Seared Coriander Scallops with Bok Choy and Hoisin

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 10 large sea scallops
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 baby bok choy
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons oriental sesame oil

Whisk orange juice, hoisin sauce, and ginger in small bowl. Pat scallops dry on paper towels. Sprinkle coriander seeds over top of scallops, pressing to adhere.
