Seared Mediterranean Tuna Steaks

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 (6-ounce) Yellowfin tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • ½ teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • ½ teaspoon bottled minced garlic
    • 12 chopped pitted kalamata olives
    • 1 ½ cups chopped seeded tomato

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish with 1/4 teaspoon salt, coriander, and pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray.
