Seared Rib Eye Steak with Tomato-Caper Relish

Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons coarse kosher salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ pound vine-ripened tomatoes
  • 6 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons pickled jalapeño chiles
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 3 rib-eye steaks
    • 6 tablespoons pimiento-stuffed olives
    • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 ¼ teaspoons ground cumin
