Ingredients

  • 10 hearts of romaine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 ounce(s) Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 4 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce

    • 0.25 cup(s) low-fat mayonnaise
    • 0.5 cup(s) plus 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 0.25 cup(s) red wine vinegar
    • 10 slice(s) crusty peasant bread
