  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons orange-ginger sauce and glaze (such as Iron Chef)
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce

    • ½ teaspoon dark sesame oil
    • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
