Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 oz. (scant ½ cup) whole-wheat flour
  • 6-¾ oz. (1-½ cups) unbleached all-purpose flour; more for rolling
  • 1 tsp. table salt
  • 2 tsp. fennel or caraway seeds
  • ¾ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tsp. poppy seeds

Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and heat the oven to 450°F.
