Semolina and Spinach Gratin
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
- 1 cup semolina flour (pasta flour)
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs

Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter 11x7x2-inch glass or ceramic baking dish. In large saucepan, bring to a boil milk, water, butter, and salt. Reduce heat to medium.
