Sesame-crusted Tuna with Teriyaki Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • ½ pound red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ½ pound Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces snow peas
  • 4 (6-ounce) ahi tuna steaks
  • 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup black sesame seeds
    • Hot cooked rice
    • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 2 carrots, cut into julienne strips
    • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
    • ¼ cup sesame seeds

Combine sesame seeds on a plate; evenly coat both sides of tuna steaks. Heat a large, heavy skillet over high heat until very hot.
