Sesame Spinach Salad
- 2 tsp soy sauce (or to taste)
- 2 tsp sesame oil (or to taste)
- 1-½ tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 lb flat-leaf spinach, stemmed and washed
- ½ to 1 tsp sugar or honey
