Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ¾ cup 2% reduced-fat milk
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • + 5 more ingredients

    • 7 cups peeled baking potato, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 3 pounds)
    • 3 (1-ounce) slices white bread
    • 6 cups (1/4-inch-thick) sliced onion (about 1 1/4 pounds)
    • 2 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 350°. Place bread in a food processor; pulse 2 times or until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs on a baking sheet; bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until golden.
