  • ¼ cup minced scallions
  • ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
  • About 1-¼ cups peanut oil
  • 4 cups (18 oz.) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. coarse salt; more for sprinkling
  • 1-½ cups boiling water
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 6 Tbs. sesame seeds, toasted in a dry skillet until golden
