  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 12 medium shallots
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 ¾ pounds brussels sprouts
  • 4 tablespoons pine nuts
