- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 ¼ cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups (3/4 lb.) butter
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 10 ounce bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
