  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 drop food coloring, or to desired shade (optional)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups cold butter
