Shreddies Frozen Mini Berry Cheesecakes

Ingredients

• Fresh berries, to garnish (optional)
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
• 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
• ¼ cup jam (strawberry or raspberry)
• ¾ cup fresh raspberries

  • Filling:
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups Post Shreddies Cereal, crushed into medium-fine crumbs
