Sicilian Ice

Ingredients

• 6 cups mashed peaches
• ½ cup whipping cream, whipped (optional)
• 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
• 1 ½ cups orange juice

Combine peaches, orange juice, and sugar; cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently. Pour mixture into freezer can of a 1-gallon hand-turned or electric freezer.
