  • 2 ¾ cups heavy cream
  • 2 ½ cups cornflakes, lightly crushed
  • ¼ cup salted roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream

    • 1 ½ pounds milk chocolate, chopped
    • 3 ½ ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
    • ½ cup salted roasted peanuts, chopped
    • 3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
    • 9 large egg yolks
    • 2 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
