Simple Pita Bread


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Instant Yeast (one packet)
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 3 ½ Cups Flour

Mix everything together Let rise for three hours Cut and roll into flat pieces of bread. They can be large or small and keep their shape. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes.
