  • 50ml dry white wine
  • 150ml mild Vegetable stock
  • 1 Level Dessert spoon Tomato Puree
  • Handful fresh Basil
  • 1 small carrot, diced small
  • ½ stick celery chopped
  • 1 small onion or 2 Shallots roughly chopped
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 2 peeled & Bashed Garlic Cloves
    • 50g baby Roquette or Watercress
    • Unsalted Butter
    • 4 slices of Soft Bloomer bread or Ciabatta, cut thick
    • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
    • Cracked Black Pepper
    • Sea Salt Flakes
    • Juice of ¼ Lemon
    • Olive oil
    • 8 Tomatoes, peeled and chopped or 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
