Simple Satay Sauce


  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

1 Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until smooth and heated through. Remove from heat. 2 Serve over your favorite meat or vegetables or even use as a dipping sauce.
