Simple Seared Scallops

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • Fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ pounds sea scallops
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ cup dry white wine

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add scallops. Seal bag, and shake to coat. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
