Simple three-cheese pasta


  • 200 g fettuccine
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sage leaves
  • 150 g ricotta cheese
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper
