Simplest Summer Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled if fresh), blueberries, and/or raspberries
  • 2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup 2% milk ¼ cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

1. Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth. 2. Divide among four glasses.
