Skewered Grilled Fruit with Minted Yogurt Honey Sauce
Ingredients
- 48 (8-inch) wooden skewers
- ½ ripe pineapple (1 1/2 lb)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 12 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
- 4 firm-ripe peaches
- 4 firm-ripe plums
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint
- + 1 more ingredients
