  • 1 (1-pound) slice 25%-less-sodium ham (about 1/2 inch thick), cut into 4 pieces
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 cups refrigerated prechopped fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
