  • ¼ cup peach spread
  • 4 (3-ounce) slices 33%-less-sodium lean ham
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain Dijon mustard

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Coat both sides of ham slices with cooking spray. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
