Slow Cooker Apple and Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 cup(s) French bread-½ to 1 inch pieces.
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) apple juice
  • 2 ¼ cup(s) (18 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon(s) cinnamon, divided
  • 1 ½ cup(s) brown sugar, divided
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
  • 4 cup(s) braeburn apples or good dessert apple (2 to 3 apples)
