Slow Cooker French Toast Casserole

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
• 2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 6 eggs
• 12 slices whole wheat bread
