  • 3 inches fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 fresh Thai bird chilies
  • 4 fresh long red chilies, such as Anaheim or Hungarian Wax
  • 1 bone-in goat shoulder
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley leaves
