Smoked-Duck Salad with Walnuts and Raspberries Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 cups packed torn Boston lettuce
- 6 ounces frisée lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces (6 cups)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons walnut oil

- 2 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ pound smoked duck breastâöskin and fat removed and reserved, breast thinly sliced crosswise
