  • 2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lapsang souchong or other smoked tea
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 6 ½ ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2/3 cup whole milk
    • ¼ vanilla bean
