  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons hickory-smoked barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 pounds ground chuck
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 ounces smoked Cheddar, grated
    • 4 slices bacon

1. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels. When cool enough to handle, crumble bacon.
