Smoky Barbecue Burgers
Ingredients
- 3 ounces smoked Cheddar, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons hickory-smoked barbecue sauce
- 8 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- + 2 more ingredients

- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 3 pounds ground chuck
1. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels. When cool enough to handle, crumble bacon.
