  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 15-ounce cans black beans
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 medium onion
    • 1 teaspoon canned chipotle chilies

Cook bacon in heavy large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Coarsely chop bacon. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings from skillet.
