Smoky Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 5 basil leaves - chopped
  • ¼ cup(s) olive oil plus extra for garnish
  • 5 sprig(s) marjoram - leaves stripped from the stem - chopped
  • 1 cup(s) tomato juice
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 clove(s) garlic - peeled
  • 3 sprig(s) thyme - leaves stripped from the stem - chopped
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
    • 1 red pepper
    • 1 medium onion - peeled, quartered or sliced into rings and grilled
    • 1 medium cucumber - peeled and seeded - cubed
    • 3 large tomatoes or 5 roma tomatoes
