  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 ¾ pounds Bibb or Boston lettuce
  • 4 ½ tablespoons cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup scallions
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 6 slices bacon
    • ½ teaspoon salt
