Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced parsley
  • 0.5 small shallot
  • 0.25 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water
  • 0.25 cup(s) rice vinegar
  • 0.25 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil

    • 0.5 teaspoon(s) smoked paprika
    • 2.5 tablespoon(s) orange marmalade
    • 1 teaspoon(s) honey
    • 0.5 teaspoon(s) smoked paprika
    • 2.5 tablespoon(s) orange marmalade
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
    • 1 tablespoon(s) minced parsley
    • 0.5 small shallot
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
    • 1 tablespoon(s) water
    • 1 teaspoon(s) honey

In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, marmalade, water, honey, paprika and shallot. Slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
