Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
